Why is Judo not encouraged in more schools? It helps to develop strength, stamina, co-ordination, confidence, the list goes on & on.
Now research suggests that sports also help to boost children’s academic performance.
“After-school clubs, based on school premises, seem to be an easy vehicle for policymakers and educators to ensure that children have access to both the core curriculum and wider enriching activities.” says the author of the report.
We think Judo should be on the top of the list of activities in after schools clubs.
