Monday
5.30 to 6.30pm Judo for children aged 5 to 8 years old
6.30 to 7.30pm Judo for children over 8 years old
7.30 to 9.00pm Judo for adults (15 +)

Tuesday
1.00 to 2.30pm Yoga with Rhondda Yoga (re-starts Sept 4th)                                                                                                                                                                                      7.00 to 8.30pm Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan with Dan O’Grady.

Wednesday
5.30 to 6.30pm Beginners Judo  (children over 8)

7.00 to 8.00pm BOXFIT with Huw Jones. BOXFIT sessions involve basic boxing techniques including shadow boxing, pad work, bag work, circuit training and skipping. BOXFIT is training like a boxer but without getting hit. A fun, non contact boxing fitness programme designed to burn calories and work the whole body. A great way to get fit and lose weight.

Thursday
5.30 to 6.30pm Judo for children aged 5 to 8 years old
